SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at shannon@flauntcards.com. *All returns will need to be sent to the following address: Flaunt Cards, 903 Wentworth Avenue, North Vancouver BC, Canada V7R1R8
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if items are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can quickly correct things.
REFUNDS
You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days of your return.
SHIPPING POLICY
Flaunt Cards accepts orders online 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are shipped from our studio in Vancouver, Canada. We ship primarily through Canada Post, USPS, Fedex or UPS depending on the size and shipment destination.
Because most orders are "made-to-order" they usually ship between 5-7 business days, maybe quicker. The day an order ships does not count as a day in transit. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed the following business day and shipped within 5-7days.
